Stapleton's Chipotle Mexican Grill is Unique …
The Stapleton Chipotle Mexican Grill opened in 2003 and is located at 7400 E. 29th Ave. in the E. 29th Avenue Town Center. A locally grown business, the first Chipotle opened in 1993 at the cross section of East Evans Avenue and South Franklin Street, near the University of Denver. To celebrate its heritage, you can actually find images of the first Chipotle at each of the burrito chain’s more than 1,225 restaurants.

Now Open – Edible Arrangements
Edible Arrangements is now open at its newest location in the E. 29th Avenue Town Center.
Edible Arrangements’ chocolate-covered strawberries and fresh fruit sculptures resemble flower bouquets. These gift baskets were inspired by flowers in bloom and are made from the freshest fruits.

Naturally Loved is a built-in baby resource.
The shop moved into the East 29th Avenue Town Center in 2010. “My business is centered on community,” said owner Alyson Warren. “The classes we offer, the advice and guidance we give, and the resources we offer to mothers and fathers are completely built off of the community.”
Warren said she couldn’t find the niche she was looking for elsewhere.

Cycleton is Now Open at 7480 E. 29th Avenue
Finally, Stapleton has a bike shop! Cycleton, a neighborhood cycling store, has leased space in the crescent at East 29th Avenue Town Center. The shop’s goal is to become the go-to shop in Denver for friendly, knowledgeable sales, training, bike-fitting, and service. Cycleton chose its location because it wanted to fill a great void in Stapleton and Park Hill for a quality, local bike shop.

MONTESSORI CHILDREN'S HOUSE OF DENVER IS COMING TO STAPLETON 2011 - 2012
Stapleton parents will soon have another great school to send their children to. The Montessori Children's House of Denver (MCHD) has acquired a 1.8 acre site for its new school at Central Park Boulevard and Xanthia Way and will soon start construction. MCHD will open its Stapleton facility with a toddlers program (18 months – 3 years), a primary program (3 – 6 years) and an elementary program (1st - 6th grade). “Our new campus in Stapleton incorporates indoor and outdoor classrooms which will provide a rich environment that will inspire children’s desire to learn,” according to Rachael Averch, President.

NOW OPEN - Named after Keith’s hit single “I Love This Bar,” the 22,000 square-foot restaurant seats 650 and serves as an entertainment venue featuring live music and dancing. The centerpiece of the restaurant is an 85-foot guitar-shaped bar.
