From rodeo clowns to mutton bustin’, country music and cattle parades, the National Western Stock Show brings back the Wild West for three weeks every winter.
Here’s what’s happening at Stapleton during the annual event:
The Urban Farm:

The Urban Farm will be offering an educational program for children and school groups called “Embracing Horses at The Urban Farm” at 9 a.m. Jan. 9-13, 19 and 20. It will be in the National Western Complex at 4655 Humboldt St.
The Urban Farm has offered agricultural and environmental education at its location off Smith Road since 1998.
The Shops at Northfield Stapleton:

Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill will be hosting national performers during the stock show. You can hear musician Roger Creager Jan. 11, Jason Boland Jan. 12 and Charlie Robison Jan. 19 at the restaurant’s Northfield location.
